How It Works
The fully-sealed environment traps the flavors, nutrients, and aromas of the food instead of releasing them. Once steam pressure builds up, heat is distributed evenly, deeply and quickly. As a  result, greens retain their bright colors and phytonutrients, meats and bones are thoroughly cooked yet tender, and whole grains and beans are soft and supple, all with remarkable consistency.

All components in contact with food are stainless steel food grade 304 (18/8) including the lid, the inner pot with a 3-ply bottom and the steam rack with handles, eliminating the health concerns surrounding non-stick coating.
